About This Quote

This is a common exchange between the main characters in Fruits Basket. Yuki is constantly apologizing to Kyo for embarrassing him, which Kyo doesn't seem to be bothered by. He tells her that she does not need to apologize for whatever he has done wrong, and goes on to tell her that they are leaving. Yuki then proceeds to tell him that he needs to apologize for something else, and Kyo says that he'll apologize when she tells him what it is.

Then, she tells him that they are leaving the house and walks out the door. This makes sense since they were both shouting in public at each other, which is considered rude in Japan.
